In 2003
The first phase and second phase of Shuerzi were put into operation with an annual output of 3,000 tons of spandex in each phase.

In 2005
The third phase of Shuerzi's spandex production line with an annual output of 6,000 tons was put into operation.

In 2008
Qingyun Group established Hangzhou Sanlong to prepare for the production of PTG.

In 2011
Hangzhou Sanlong PTG production line with an annual output of 20,000 tons was put into operation.

In 2013
The fourth phase of Shuerzi's spandex production line with an annual output of 8,500 tons was put into operation.

In 2015
Hangzhou Sanlong completed the technical transformation and expanded the PTG production to 40,000 tons/year.

In December 2017
Qingyun Group established Zhuji Qingrong. In October 2018, Zhuji Qingrong acquired all the assets of Yadi Fiber (mainly 17,000 tons of spandex per year) through auction, and continued to upgrade and transform it.

In May 2021
Shuerzi acquired 100% equity of Hangzhou Sanlong and Zhuji Qingrong.

In July 2021
the third plant of Zhuji Qingrong was put into operation with an annual output of 1,000 tons of spandex production line.

In September 2021
Hangzhou Sanlong completed the technical transformation and expanded the PTG production to 56,000 tons/year.
